Kossut’s more than two decades of experience bolster Adlook’s dedication to sustained expansion and superior innovation.
Jakub Kossut has been recruited to the position of vice president of market entrance strategy on a global scale by Adlook, which is used as a platform for the development of brands that belong to the next generation. At the same time as he will be in charge of managing Adlook’s worldwide expansion activities, he will also be responsible for offering help to the organisation as it grows into more markets with its cutting-edge, privacy-centric solutions that are driven by its own deep learning technology.
Kossut has more than twenty years of experience in the media industry, during which time he has developed and implemented effective market entry strategies for multinational corporations. Kossut joins Adlook following a twenty-year tenure as a research specialist at EssenceMediacom Poland, where he rose to the position of CEO in 2018.
During Kossut’s tenure as leader, the organisation experienced remarkable expansion, attaining a net sales increase of more than 30%, attaining its highest COMvergence ratings, and substantially surpassing industry benchmarks. Additionally, the organisation fostered robust partnerships with key clients including Warner Bros. Discovery, P&G, and The Coca-Cola Company.
“I am delighted to become a member of Adlook and make a valuable contribution to its innovative trajectory in the realm of digital advertising,” Kossut exclaimed. “Adlook’s expansion and forward-thinking strategy as a privacy-first organisation align with my own ambition to effectuate significant transformations within the sector. I eagerly anticipate contributing to the expansion and further advancement of Adlook’s mission as we continue to pave the way for a future devoid of cookies.”
In addition to having a background in econometrics and market research, Kossut applies his analytical business approach to Adlook, which has achieved success in a variety of regions like the United States of America, the United Kingdom, France, Brazil, Mexico, and Poland. In light of the fact that the company is continuing its rapid development into four new regions this year, his experience in content production, digital, and e-commerce makes him a very useful addition to the team.
Daniel Surmacz, the Chief Executive Officer of Adlook, stated that “at such a pivotal moment in the media industry with everyone trying to prepare for a post-cookie world, we need to ensure that we are providing our clients with the best-in-class services,” and that “the appointment of Jakub further supports our market strategy and positioning.” Because of his profound awareness of brand strategies and his demonstrated capacity to create smart solutions, our objectives are ideally aligned with his capabilities. We couldn’t be happier to have Jakub join our team as we continue to expand the range of services and products that we provide to our esteemed customers.
Adlook, which is already being utilised by prominent clients such as Kraft Heinz, IPG Mediabrands, Sanofi, SC Johnson, Mars, and PEPSICO, is further strengthening its position as a leader in the media industry. Adlook provides consumer packaged goods (CPG) brands all over the world with solutions that are both complex and easily accessible.
