Federico Salvitti has been designated as the Vice President of Growth for the United States, per MINT, a global advertising resource management (ARM) software solution for businesses. Salvitti, who will be based in New York, will be responsible for overseeing all marketing and sales endeavours for MINT within the United States market from his headquarters. As he expands the MINT team in the United States, he will additionally be tasked with providing the product team with reliable consumer insights and fostering a culture of integrity and confidence. The Chief Growth Officer of MINT, Salvatore Internullo, will serve as Salvitti’s immediate superintendent.

Prior to joining MINT, Salvitti was the Chief Marketing Officer and Operating Partner of the venture development firm SevenTrainVentures. He was entrusted with the responsibility of overseeing a collection of premium pre-IPO investments and Series A companies that utilised technology to satisfy the demands of international markets. In his prior roles, he held the position of Chief Marketing Officer at Webidoo, where he oversaw the formation of the organization’s global marketing team, and at Stateset, where he oversaw the execution of the company’s go-to-market strategy. Salvitti assumes the role of a professor at New York University, where he is tasked with instructing an extensive range of courses, such as Marketing Fundamentals, Data Management Strategy, and Business Strategy.

After an impressive year of growth for the company, Salvitti has decided to join MINT. In 2023, the company achieved a forty percent increase in sales and a seventy percent increase in its client base. In the past several months, MINT has expanded its staff that is based in the United States. This expansion includes the appointment of Lorenzo Larini, who was previously the CEO of IPSOS, as MINT’s new CEO. Additionally, Shelley Zalis, the founder and CEO of The Female Quotient, has been added to MINT’s advisory board.

The growth efforts that MINT is making in the United States have been further strengthened by the strategic appointments that have been made throughout its product, sales, marketing, and customer success divisions. Mark D’Andrea, who has joined MINT’s US expansion team, is one of these important appointments that is being completed. Before taking on his current job at MINT, the seasoned growth and sales expert worked as the Global Chief Revenue Officer for Accuweather. Prior to that, he held key positions at a number of renowned firms in the digital sector.

Furthermore, MINT became a member of Accenture Song’s Emerging Ecosystem Partners & Alliances programme, where it is recognised as a developing partner facilitating market value creation across six distinct functions. In its capacity as a member of this collective, MINT shall collaborate with Accenture and its clientele to tackle obstacles and prospects pertaining to go-to-market strategies. This will empower them to more effectively navigate and manage the dynamic and fragmented realm of media advertising.
